It's finally here...my Christmas cookies recipe book, and just in time for the holiday season! Because, what would this beloved season be without some delicious cookies? Nothing completes this most wonderful time of the year like the scent of cinnamon, apples, oranges, and roasted nuts and the enjoyment we get from biting into those crispy treats. Allow me to inspire you with my decadent Christmas cookie and cake recipes!
The cold winter days are ideal for baking delicious treats. So, spoil your loved ones with the finest baked goods. Tempting recipes for luxurious cookies with rich chocolate and nuts will delight some, while others will be thrilled to munch on goodies, filled with candied fruit and exotic spices.
But no matter their preference, all of them will agree when it comes to classic Christmas cookies: They are a must during the holiday season as they are linked to those very special memories of Christmas' past. Cookies naturally turn this time of the year into bite-sized moments of pure bliss.
I dedicated this book to my late grandmother, Camilla, and my recipes are based on hers. The holiday season was the busiest time of the year in her kitchen. I remember from the age of three, helping my grandmother bake delicious cookies for family and friends, and I thought it utterly amazing how she remembered all these different recipes. Since she never wrote any of them down, I thought it high time to do so in her stead.

I sincerely hope that you enjoy reading this book and trying out the recipes as much as I had writing it. So, help me celebrate the release of my newest book by getting those cookie sheets out and preheating the oven. It's time to bake some cookies. From my kitchen to yours - Happy Baking!
