45 Ways to Avoid Using the Word "Very"

I recently found this chart online, and I have found it quite useful on several occasions already. Couldn't help but re-share it here...thank you www.writerswrite.co.za for posting it!

Are there any others you would like to add?

  1. Someone posted this a while back and I have this chart saved. Thanks for reminding me. It was so long ago I totally spaced that I had it.

  2. Thank you, Piper! I go through and weed out the word but I don't always know a stronger word to use. This will be very useful - oops - valuable.
